I freaking ran a 5k this am!!

Me, after only 2 weeks back in the saddle..I ran a 29: 03!!!

My foot was feeling some pain...discomfort, but I stomped it out and just rode the wave. It was fairly windy but the breeze was feeling nice. Hocked some loogies out and ran with no ipod..just me and my breathing and easy footfalls. I just ran it out enjoying my Rez and my "D" by myside. He Rocked!!

We both ran it in together..and ran together almost the whole way. I felt so good about my time, I thought for sure I was gonna suck. I thought I'd run at best a 32:00...I pleasantly surprised myself.

More to write about today..
